RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Change Order No. 2 for the 2004 Plant Expansion Project (J4390) with Bor-Son Construction
Company, Inc., increasing the total contract amount by $190,337.00.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this change order on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
