• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City acquire
a needed permanent utility easement, and permanent and temporary construction easements
from Morris Memorial LLC, in the amount of $105,000 for future storm, water stabilization
(J7744).
The Mayor, City Clerk and City Attorney are authorized to execute any documents
necessary for the implementation of this resolution.
