Home My WebLink AboutResolution No. 265-06 • RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the City of Rochester, Platinum Development Group, Inc., Lakeland Construction Finance, LLC, and LCF Development, LLC, owners and proprietors, have shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Preliminary Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on May 15, 2006, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: The East 442.86 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the .Southeast Quarter, Section 6, Township 106 North, Range 13 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
