RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
f into an engineering services agreement with McGhie & Betts, Inc., for the preliminary and design
of the storm water management pond NW p3.3, in an amount not to exceed $63,540.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
