BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a Development Agreement with Pebble Creek Rochester LLC/Western Walls, Inc./Charles
DeWitz for the Pebble Creek Development.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the agreement on
behalf of the City.
