WHEREAS, Bamber Valley De p Y
proprietors, have shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has
complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Preliminary.
Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on June 5, 2006, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
That part of the East Half o1 Section 8, Township 106 North, Range 14 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the' northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Said Section 8; thence South 88 degrees 12�"minutes 26
seconds West, assumed bearing, along the north line of said Northeast Quarter, 824.96 feet to the west line of-,the East
824.90 feet of said Northeast Quarter for the point of beginning; thence South 01 degree 09 minutes 03 seconds East, along
said west line, 372.17 feet to the northeasterly corner of BAMBER VALLEY ESTATES SECOND (the next 11 courses are along the
northerly boundary thereof); thence South 60 degrees 09.minutes 17 seconds West, 56.00 feet; thence southerly 86.14 feet
along a nontangential curve concave westerly, central angle of 28 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds, radius of 172.00 feet, and

seconds East along said easterly line, 303.35 feet to the north line of said Northeast Quarter; thence North 88 degrees 12
minutes 26 seconds East, 718.97 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 8.76 acres.

Development, LLC, a Limited Liability Company, owners and proprietors, and Associated Bank
N.A., mortgagee, is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public
purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted
