RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Supplemental Agreement #1 in the amount of $3,763.87 for Project No. M4-31, J7227,
"Reconstruction of the Alley in the 10 Block of Second Street S.W., Between Second Street and
the Peace Plaza."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this supplemental
agreement on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2006.
