BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Change Order No. 1 with A. B. Systems for remodeling work in City Hall for improvements to
Public Works and City Clerk space in the amount of$1,596.00.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this change order on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
