HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 353-06 53 • RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the Common Council concurs in the resolution of the Rochester Public Utility Board appended hereto, which resolution requests approval for the City to approve the negotiation of a contract agreement with Utility Engineering for: Engineering Services for Silver Lake Plant Unit 4 Emissions Reduction Project The amount of the purchase order agreement is not to exceed $4,375,750.00, which includes a 15% contingency. The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said purchase order agreement on behalf of the City. MAYOR OF SAID CITY (Seal of the City of Rochester, Minnesota) res.pu\Uti1Eng.EmisProj. • • BE IT RESOLVED by the Public Utility Board of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that the Common Council of the said City is requested to approve the negotiation of a contract agreement with Utility Engineering, subject to review by the City Attorney and concurrence of the RPU General Manager, and that the Common Council authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the agreement for Engineering Services for Silver Lake Plant Unit 4 Emissions Reduction Project The amount of the purchase order agreement not to exceed FOUR MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($4,375,750.00) which includes a 15% contingency, and Utility Engineering being lowest responsible bidder.
