HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 400-06 r • RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Hy-Vee, Inc., a corporation under the laws of Iowa„owners and proprietors, have shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Preliminary Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on July 17, 2006, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: part of the North 5 acres of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter, Section 23, Town 307, Range 14, Olmsted County, Minnesota, which lies hencee South t88 dehe crees Sbro S er, described by metes and bounds as follows; Beginning at the northwest-corner of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter, said Section 23; minutes 50 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the North line of said South Half a distance of 163..35 feet; thence due South, parallel with the West line of.said South Half a distance of 400.00 feet to the South line of said North 5 acres of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter, Section 23; thence North 88 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds West, parallel with the North line of said South Half a distance of 163.35 feet to the West line of said South Half, thence due North along said West line a distance of 400.00 feet to the point of beginning. - Containing 1.50 acres. • TO BE KNOWN AS PARKWAY PLAZA THIRD SUBDIVISION, submitted by Hy-Vee, Inc., a corporation under the laws of Iowa, owners and proprietors, is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS !1 DAY OF , 20 0- .
