RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Common Council on the 21st day of
March, 2005 and upon notice duly published as required by law, a hearing was held on the 7th
day of August, 2006 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to
be heard on the making of the following improvement(s): Project No.6219-4-00 (J-9707)
"Widening 19th Street N.W.from CSAH 22 (West Circle Drive)to 2,500 ft West".
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Rochester,Minnesota:
(1) Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the
feasibility report.
(2) The foregoing improvement(s) is hereby ordered to be made as proposed in the
resolution adopted by the Common Council on the 7th day of August, 2006.
(3) The Public Works Director is hereby designated as the Engineer for this
improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER,MINNESOTA,AT A MEETING THEREOF HELD THIS 7th DAY OF
AUGUST, 2006.
