BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City
establish the Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Connection Charge rate at $98.66 per foot of
frontage, a Watermain Connection Charge rate of $47.12 per foot of frontage, a Sewer and
Water Service Charge rate at $1,500.00 per service, and a Concrete Curb & Gutter rate of
$12.00 per foot of frontage for Project No. M1-06, J9750, "Sanitary Sewer and Watermain
Extension to Serve the Rose Haven Subdivision Area. "
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City levy the "unpaid charges" for projects J9750,
J9603 and J9598 as assessments. Interest will be charged at 7.5% annually on the "unpaid"
balance consistent with the terms and conditions of the Water Quality Protection Program and
the Utility Connection Agreements.
