• RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Joel Bigelow and Sons Enterprises, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, and City of
Rochester, a Minnesota municipal corporation, owners and proprietors, have shown to the
satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of
approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Preliminary Plat) and all applicable laws
and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on October 2, 2006, the following.plat of
