BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a City/Owner Contract with Stonehedge Development, LLC, (Owner) and Friedrich Construction,
Inc., (Contractor) for J5258, "Stonehedge Townehomes 5th to Century High School Bike Trail
Extension."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this contract on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS 0 DAY OF 172 1=, 2006.
