BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into an assessment agreement concerning Project No. J7743, "Reconstruction of 7'h Street
N.W., from 13th Avenue N.W. to Cascade Bridge"with the following property owners:
1. The Prow Company, 1112 Seventh Street N.W., PIN #74.34.14.000581,
Lot 1, Arend Dalsbo Addition, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
2. Joseph & Cindy L. Bowman, 1219 Seventh Street N.W., PIN
#74.34.14.008601, Lot 10, Block 4, Replat 4 & 10 Gooding's Addition,
Olmsted County, Minnesota.
3. M & H Holding Company, 1305 Seventh Street N.W., PIN #74.34.008602,
Lots 1 & 2, Block 10, Replat 4 & 10, Gooding's Addition, Olmsted County,
Minnesota.
4. M & H Holding Company, 1103 Seventh Street N.W., PIN
#74.34.14.008591, Lot 1, Block 4, Replat 4 & 10 Gooding's Addition,
Olmsted County, Minnesota.
• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Assessment Roll for this Project be amended so
as to delete the avenue side charges for the properties listed above and to add frontage from
Ninth Street N.W.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this assessment
agreement on behalf of the City.
