• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Supplemental Agreement#3 in the amount of$7,146.70 for Project M1-50-2-04 (J7731), Bandel
Road N.W., from Bandel Drive to 65t" Street N.W.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this supplemental
agreement on behalf of the City.
