BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
a compensation package for the Rochester Public Utilities Directors' meet and confer group as
well as the four Department of Human Resources employees not associated with any
negotiation group. That package is valid for 2007 and includes the following:
1. A 2% increase in base pay with a corresponding adjustment to the pay ranges
effective the first pay period in January, 2007.
2. Pay for performance or merit range of 0%-2%.
3. Exempt non-contract employees are eligible for up to 16 hours of personal time
off awarded at the discretion of the department head.
4. Healthcare Savings Plan participation in the Minnesota State. Retirement
System Health Care Savings Plan.
5. The standard benefit package accorded City employees and defined in the City
• policies and documents.
