BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a City/Owner Contract with Jeffrey C. Brown as Trustee of the Jeffrey C. Brown Profit Sharing
Plan and Trust (Owner) and Road Constructors, Inc., (Contractor) for J5216, "Storm Sewer -
Extension to Serve Outlot `B' Retail."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this contract on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF 2006.
