RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
an amendment to the Construction Maintenance Service Agreement with Infratech for Project
No. 2719, `.`City Project— Internal Television Inspection for Trunkline Sanitary Sewer."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this amendment on
behalf of the City.
