WHEREAS, Waterfront Business Park, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, owners and
proprietors, have shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has
complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Preliminary
Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on January. 17, 2007, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1/4 SWi/4) of Section Twenty-six (26). Township One
hundred six (106) North, Range Fourteen (14) West of the 5th P.M., Olmsted County, Minnesota, described as knows:
Beginning at the Southwest comer of said SE1/4 SWi/4; thence on an assumed bearing NOVOZ29'W. 335.00 feet
at right angles with the South line of sold SE1/4 SWi/4 along the Easterly line of Lot'23 of Southern Woods
Second Addition; thence N8937'31"E 569.90 feet at right angles. with sold Easterly sine along the Southerly lines, of

and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are
hereby accepted
