BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a Pedestrian Facilities Agreement with Superior Ridge Townhomes Homeowners Association for
Lot 67, Block 1, Superior Ridge Townhomes Replat Common Interest Community Number 207,
Olmsted County, Minnesota.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
