RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Change Order No. 8 for the 2004 Plant Expansion Project ( 4390) with Bor-Son Construction
increasing the total contract amount by$89,114.00.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this change order on
behalf of the City.
