RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City submit a
grant application to the U.S. Department of Transportation/Federal Transit Administration for
funding of the projects as described in the 2007 Program of Projects.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to sign the applications, the grant
agreements when approved, and any other documents needed to implement this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
