RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Minor Extra Work Order #1 in the amount of $2,877.45 for Project No. M6-09 (J7245), TH 14
East and CSAH #22 Intersection Improvements.
j The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this supplemental
agreement on behalf of the City.
