• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota:
That the bid and proposal of Shamrock Enterprises for the furnishing of all labor,
materials, equipment, etc_necessary for the construction of 2007 Season Supply of Aggregate
Materials in accordance with plans and specifications for same which are on file in the office of
the City Clerk of said City, viz: (See attached Request for Council Action dated April 16,
2007 be and the said bid and proposal is hereby accepted.
The amount of the payment and performance bonds to be given by said contractor are
hereby fixed at the sum of$8.69 per ton, subject to any change order increasing the cost of the
contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA,AT A MEETING THEREOF HELD THIS 16th DAY OF
APRIL, 2007.
