• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota:
That the bid and proposal of Flint Hills Resources,LP for the furnishing of all labor,
materials, equipment, etc. necessary for the construction of 2007 Seasonal Supply Asphalt
Materials in accordance with plans and specifications for same which are on file in the office of
the City Clerk of said City, viz:
Flint Hills, LP (See Request for Council Action)
Marathon Ashland No bid
be and the said bid and proposal is hereby accepted.
The amount of the payment and performance bonds to be given by said contractor are
hereby fixed at the sum of See RCA, subject to any change order increasing the cost of the
contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA,AT A MEETING THEREOF HELD THIS 4th DAY OF JUNE,
