HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 266-07 r • RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City adopt and accept the analysis contained in the Categorical Exclusion Documentation prepared by Earth Tech demonstrating that significant social, economic or environmental effects will not result so that a determination of categorical exclusion with 40 C.F.R. 1508.4 and 23 C.F.R. 771.117(d)(8) can be made for this facility. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City adopt and accept the Phase I Environmental Assessment prepared by Earth Tech that "revealed no evidence of environmental conditions (as that term is defined in ATSM Standard Practice E1527-00) in connection with this property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City staff proceed with submission of a grant to the Federal Transit Administration for Phase I of the Bus Garage and Maintenance Facility.
