RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Supplemental Agreement #4 with Elcor Construction, Inc., for Project No. M2-38, J7708,
"Replacement of Kings Run Trunkline Sanitary Sewer" in the amount of$2,280.00.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this supplemental
agreement on behalf of the City.
