RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute a
City/Owner Contract with Mayo Clinic Rochester (Owner) and Knutson Construction, Inc.,
(Contractor) for J5272, "Public Improvements Associated with the Mayo Clinic Employee Parking
Ramp Block 4 -#26055."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this contract on
behalf of the City.
