HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 347-07 �v , ..3x - - u,a.r..,...w.,....xi.,._.. ......wr,u..............�.u.r..a....c,.u....�.a..r.....a...x u«,u.w ..a..,.M-, i ....-_.... „r.n .i.,.'w V.I.-..ww+.x....w....._, t -i' 77777777777-7 • RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the City of Rochester, a Minnesota Municipal Corporation, and Williams Family Partnership, a Minnesota Partnership, owners and proprietors, have shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Preliminary Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on July 16 , 2007, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 106 North, Range 14 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 00'40'59" West, along the west line of said Southwest Quarter of • the Southwest Quarter, 1014.69 feet; thence South 89'45'43" East 66.01 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing South 89'45'43" East 14.00 feet to a point 80.00 feet, measured perpendicular from said west line of the Southwest Quarter of the Szu'thwest Quarter; thence North 00�40'59" West, parallel to said west line, 301.56 feet to the north line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence North 89'42'11" East, along said north line, 288.91 feet; thence South 00'40'59" East 381.21 feet; thence South 8942'11" West 62.44 feet; thence South 00'41'55" East 363.01 feet; thence South 89'42'11" West 240.57 feet to a point 66.00 feet, measured perpendicular from said west line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; .thence North 00'40'59" West, parallel to said west line,. 442.79 feet to the point of beginning.
