• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
an Interim Development, Annexation and Utility Connection Agreement with Crosswinds Church
for real property generally described as part of the north half of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter, Section 33, Township 108 North, Range 14 West, Olmsted County,
Minnesota.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
