RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into an agreement with the Board of Trustees of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities
outlining the terms and conditions regarding the creation of new wetlands on lands owned by
both parties at the Rochester Community and Technical College.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
