RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute.
a records storage lease agreement with Helen Restovich for 2400 square feet of records storage
space at 117 East Center Street at a cost of$3.60 per square foot for the period of November 1,
2007, through October 31, 2012.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS 15-r - DAY OF 2007.
