BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a Pedestrian Facility Agreement with Joel S. Williams and Carol A. Williams for real property
generally described as part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23,
Township 107 North, Range 14 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
