HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 548-07 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, KENNETH F.MILLER AND BOBBY J, MILLER, husband and wife, owners and proprietors have shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Preliminary Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held November 5, 2007, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: That part of Lot 1, Block 2 and that part of now vacated McQuillan Drive NE, all in ROCKY CREEK FIRST SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof on file at the County Recorder's office, Olmsted County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the most n.orth.erly corner of said Lot 1; thence southerly on a Minnesota State Plane Grid Azimuth from north of 179 degrees 17 minutes 27 I seconds along the west line of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township -107 North, Range 14 West, said Olmsted County, 612.94 feet; thence northeasterly 62 degrees 56 minutes 38 seconds azimuth 135.34 • feet; th.enn.e north-westerly 332 degrees 5.6 minutes 38 seconds azimuth 94.52 feet; thence northeasterly 62 degrees 56 minutes 38 seconds azimuth 78.73 feet; thence northerly 359 degrees 17 minutes 32 seconds azimuth 10.0.0:0 feet; thence easterly 89 degrees 17 minutes 32 seconds azimuth 50.00 feet; thence easterly 69 degrees 57 minutes 03 seconds azimuth 49.24 feet to the westerly right—of—way line of Rocky Creek Drive NE; thence' northerly 22.67 feet along said westerly right—of—way line on a nontangential curve concave easterly, having a radius of 280.00 feet, a central angle of 4 degrees 38 minutes 18 seconds, -and a chord azimuth of 342 degrees 10 minutes 4.0 seconds; thence northerly 344 degrees 29 minutes 49 seconds azimuth along —way line 143.70 feet; thence -northwesterly 275.57 feet said westerly right—of along the southwesterly right—of—way, line. of said Rocky Creek Drive N€ on a tangential curve concave southwesterly, having a radius of 209.94 feet a:nd a central angle - of 75 degrees 12 minutes 21 seconds, to the point of beginning. Said tract contains 2.16 acres more or less. TO BE KNOWN AS, STONEGATE FIRST SUBDIVISION, submitted by KENNETH F.MILLER • AND BOBBY J.
