RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the Common
Council concurs in the resolution of the Rochester Public Utility Board appended hereto, which
resolution requests approval for the City to enter into an insurance agreement with Starr
Technical Risk Agency, Inc., (ACE American Insurance Company) for:
All Risk Property Insurance
The insurance agreement to be for a 12- month policy period commencing December 31,
2007, and expiring December 31, 2008. The amount of the insurance agreement is not to
exceed $355,496.00.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said insurance
agreement on behalf of the City.
