RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
a labor agreement with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local #949-
Rochester Public Utilities (Office/Clerical Group) to govern the terms and conditions of
employment for employees of the City represented by said exclusive bargaining unit for the
years 2008, 2009 and 2010.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF /r2.5ECIM , 2008.
