BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Change Order No. 2 with Adolfson Peterson for the Minnesota Bio Business Center construction
project in the amount of$216,465.00. .
The Mayor and the.City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this change order on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
