• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Supplemental Agreement #5 with Hammel Green and Abrahamson, Inc., for the Minnesota Bio
Business Center Contract in an amount not to exceed $7,800.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City execute Supplement Agreement #6 with
Hammel Green and Abrahamson, Inc., for the Minnesota Bio Business Center Contract in an
amount not to exceed $6,240.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute these supplemental
agreements on behalf of the City.
