RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
an agreement with McGhie & Betts, Inc., to provide plans, specifications and project oversight for
a project to rehabilitate Helgerson Drive and expand the existing landscaping along the Drive
and the parking lot at the Rochester International Airport.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City accept the State Aid Agreement for 80% of
the funding for this engineering agreement and project cost (State#5501-165).
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute these agreements
on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
