RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Supplemental Agreement #1 with Rochester Sand and Gravel for Project #6219-4-00, J9707,
19' Street N.W., from Ashland Drive to West Circle Drive in an amount not to exceed $1,584.00.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this supplemental
agreement on behalf of the City.
