F 4...�--r>...wa:.-i-." • RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of and execute a Project Cost Agreement with Rochester Cascades LLC, Rochester Ott LLC, and Floyd and Laureen Ott concerning the Westside Transportation Improvement District cost allocation and the terms of payment for the reconstruction of 50th Avenue N.W., from Valleyhigh Road N.W., to Nicklaus Drive N.W., J9719. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf of the City.
