RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into a professional services agreement with Kimley Horn for Highway 52 Landscape
Construction Phase Services in an amount not to exceed $150,000.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
