RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
of and execute the First Amendment to Fire Protection Agreement Between the City of
Rochester and the Towns of Marion, Haverhill and Rochester.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
