RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the Common
Council concurs in the resolution of the Rochester Public Utility Board appended hereto, which
resolution requests approval for the City to reject a bid by Dakota Supply Group for failure to
meet bid specifications.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council enter into a purchase order
agreement with Eaton Electrical Incorporated for:
Indoor Metalclad Switchgear
The amount of the purchase order is not to exceed $350,534.00.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said purchase order
agreement on behalf of the City.
