BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City
levy the assessment against the owner of the First Presbyterian Church of Rochester
for Project J6592, Storm Water Improvements to the intersection of Third Street S.W.,
and Fifth Avenue S.W., in the amount of$13,364.02.
