BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota:
That the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for sealed
proposals for a one year's supply of Anhydrous Ferric Choloride and Liquid Aluminum
Sulfate in accordance with the specifications on file in the City Clerk's Office. Such
proposals, which must be on a form of proposal prepared by the City will be received by
the City Clerk until: 11:00 a.m., December 18, 2008, at which time they will be publicly
opened in the City Hall by the City Clerk, and two designated City Officials. The proposals
will then be tabulated and presented for consideration by the Common Council at 7:00
p.m., January 5, 2009.
The plans, specifications and proposal forms are hereby approved.
Passed and adopted by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, on this
1st day of December, 2008.
