RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
an amendment to the ground lease with Edlon, LLC, to reflect an additional 17,301 square feet
at the Rochester International Airport.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this amendment on
behalf of the City.
