RESOLUTION
Awarding Contract for Engineering and Design Services for the Bus Stop
Improvement Project – Project No. J2092.
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for engineering and design services for
the Bus Stop Improvement Project – Project No. J2092, the following bids were received
complying with the advertisement:
Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. $396,870.00
SRF Consulting Group Inc. $324,484.60
WHEREAS, the engineering and design services component of this contract is a
qualifications based assessment, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. is the responsible bidder
that received the highest qualifications and approach score from the team of evaluators.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that the bid of $396,870.00 is hereby accepted and execution of the engineering
and design contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. is authorized for the following
project: Bus Stop Improvement Project – Project No. J2092.
