• RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, residents in the area of the 500 block of Seventh Avenue SW have signed a
petition to implement residential permit parking on the street; and,
WHEREAS, the petition satisfies the criteria provided for by R.C.O. §138.02; and,
WHEREAS, R.C.O. §138.03 requires a public hearing to consider the establishment of a
proposed residential parking permit zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Rochester that a public hearing be established for February 19, 2003, at 7:00 p.m., in the
Council/Board Room of the Government Center for the purpose of obtaining public comment on
the proposed extension of Residential Permit Parking Zone #6 (Edison Neighborhood) to the
500 block of Seventh Avenue S.W.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to mail notice of the public
hearing established herein at least 14 days prior thereto to the owners or occupants of property
abutting on the above-described street.
